A*STAR’s SME Office came to us with a clear mandate: communicate the value of three distinct technology programmes to Singapore’s SME community in a way that was both compelling and accessible. The campaign centred on a single, resonant headline — Transform Your Business From Good To Great — which became the through-line across every touchpoint.
Two visual directions were developed in parallel, each telling the same story through a different lens: one grounded in dynamic digital energy, the other in aspirational flight. Both carried the same six benefit pillars — Opportunities, Acceleration, Competitiveness, Productivity, Innovation, and Profitability — rendered through a consistent icon-driven system that worked across formats.
The deliverables spanned print advertising, a detailed programme brochure, and pull-up standees for on-ground activation — each adapted for its context without losing visual coherence. The result was a campaign suite that felt unified in voice, distinct in expression, and clear in purpose.
