Singapore’s 50th birthday called for more than a report. It called for a celebration. Designed for the Community Development Councils’ 2015 Annual Report, this SG50 Edition centres on a theme close to the nation’s heart: a cohesive community built on giving and sharing. A cast of illustrated characters — diverse in age, race, and background — brings the CDCs’ programmes to life across three thematic pillars: Assist, Bond, and Connect. Colour-coded sections, data-driven infographics, and a warm golden palette give the report both visual coherence and genuine warmth. Every spread reinforces a singular truth — community is not a policy. It is people.
